How can I download music from iTunes or Audiobook or Audible or Spotify into this MP3 device?

  • All files need to be downloaded into MP3 by connecting PC or MAC.
  • First, please use short USB cable to connect PC and MP3 player, like a USB drive, you can find the “Sewobye” on the desktop.
  • Second, Select files from your Audio books or music library that you want to download.
  • Third, Copy those audio books or musics selected and paste into the window of " Sewobye" driver on the desktop. P.S: Please make sure the music files inside the device is MP3, WMA, FLAC, APE

      Can I download from my android or Apple phone from Amazon Music directly?
      • We can not synchronize it into MP3 directly. But you can copy the music file in your PC then copy it into the MP3. Download way is same as .Answer 1 
      When download music into MP3, it is interrupted suddenly?
      • When download big size music files at the same time, during the load procedure, the device easy to happen " ERROR". 
      • Better to format it before load large music. During the transports, please don't touch the USB cable to interrupt it.
      How to format: Choose "Sewobye", then right click and you can format it. 
      • If the player is dead, Please reset the product: Holding down the start button and hold it for 30-40 seconds will reset the device. 
      My MP3 can not be charged?
      • After you use in the water, please don't connect PC to charge it within 24 to 48 Hours. Please wipe the MP3 off completely from the ear jack and make sure the ear jack hole is completely dry without any moisture remains inside it, otherwise, it can't recognize by PC.
      • Please check if the short USB Cable can work or not.
      • After try the above 2, if still can not work, Please reset the product: Holding down the start button and hold it for 40 seconds will reset the device. 
      How long does it take to charge the first time? When it will be full charged?
      • It takes 2Hours to full charge. When you plug in, the middle and right LED is flash. After full charge, the right LED turns solid. If you use PC to charge, the middle is flash after charge. 
      It can not recognize my PC or MAC after swimming?
      • 1.After you use in the water, please don't connect PC to download or charge it within 24 to 48 Hours. Please wipe the MP3 off completely from the ear jack and make sure the ear jack hole is completely dry without any moisture remains inside it, otherwise, it can't recognize by PC. You could use a hair-drier to dry the product's ear jack hole.
      • 2.Please use only short USB cable to charge or connect MP3 Player and do not use the extension cord to charge or connect PC
      • 3.After try the above 2, if still can not work, Please reset the product: Holding down the start button and hold it for 40 seconds will reset the device.
      How can I change MP3 shuffle feature into normal feature?
      • Long press +:Set shuffle mode
      • Short press -:Set normal mode
      • LED#1 blinking under shuffle mode playing. LED#2 blinking under normal playing.
      I already change shuffle feature into normal feature, but music still play casually?
      • We need to set up folder by number order or alphabetical order as you required in MP3. All music in our MP3 will play by number order first Preferentially, then alphabetical order. Also we can change next or last music but can not change next or last folder.  
      How can I replace the earpiece for earphone?
      • IPX8 earphones is designed for swimmer especially and the earpiece is designed into 3 sizes. Please do not put it on the earphones so force. It is designed into tight size to avoid dropping into water while swimming. 
      If I can not find answer for MP3 problem from all Q&A or MP3 can not be solved by above suggestion?
