If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Sewobye, you may request a full refund for the purchased price of the product minus all associated costs within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com for return instructions and a return authorization number. You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs if account is lower than $50. Once your returned product is received and inspected by Sewobye, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 15 business days. If a defect exists, Sewobye, at its option and to the extent permitted by law will (1) repair or replace the product at no charge, or (2) refund the original purchase price. Replacement products may be formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Shipping is not refundable. This warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes, including loss of product, that are not defects in materials and workmanship.To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in the same condition as you received it and must be in its original packaging. Sewobye will not provide refunds for any product which is damaged, missing parts, and/or not in its original packaging.
